Returns & Exchanges
At Origin Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and non-perishable goods. Due to the fresh nature of our coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee, but we are happy to resolve any quality concerns immediately.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our brewing support team via email with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure that all hardware, accessories, and apparel are in their original, unused condition and securely packed in the initial shipping box.
- 3.Ship to Origin
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
